Starting around 16th of October (for 6 month with possibility to extend the contract) big room will be available in the city centre, only 6 min walking to Lidl, 10 min to Aldi and around 5 min cycling to the Oude Markt! Right in front of a bus stop. It takes around 15 min to cycle to UT and half time to Saxion.
The room is located in Haaksbergerstraat street.
I am searching for a very clean person to take over my room and be willing to split chores with the other tenant. You will be sharing common areas with a very nice master student.
The house is very big with 2 living rooms, 1 bathroom with toilet and another toilet. You can park your bike in the backyard.
The rent is 600€ including GWE and internet. Due to landlord you can only use 1 living room as the other one is under construction and not for the tenants living there.
The kitchen has gas hob, dishwasher, kettle, and fridge (no freezer). The house has a vacuum machine that you can use and washing machine.
The house is still a bit under construction (living room and 3rd room) with landlord occasionally coming to work on the house but if more privacy is needed you can have a schedule with the landlord.
